Designed by Michael Graves, The Four Seasons Residences is a 32 story high-rise building featuring 1, 2 and 3-bedroom condominiums. Floors 6 through 13 offer nine different unit types per floor, while floors 14 through 27 offer six different unit types per floor. The ground floor includes an elegant condominium lobby with artworks by local and national artists as well as 10,000 square feet of retail space. Floors 28 through 30 offer four penthouse units per floor and floor 31 consists of a full floor penthouse. The 32nd floor features fabulous views of Lady Bird Lake, the Texas State Capitol, the Austin Skyline and the Hill Country along with amenities such as an outdoor pool, fitness center, yoga deck, library and entertainment area.
Ardent conceived the project, contracted for the lake front property and coordinated the branding and management agreements with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. Ardent then entered into a joint venture agreement with Post Properties and provided development services for the project. These services included entitlement, permitting, design coordination, interior design coordination and sales & marketing. Post Properties was responsible for the construction and the final close-out phase of the sales & marketing process.
