Amenities include a pool, fitness center, business center, convenient access to parking garage and fabulous views at Downtown Austin. Post South Lamar is one of the first properties in Austin to utilize the City of Austin's Vertical Mixed Use (VMU) Ordinance.
Ardent was the project developer for Post Properties on the Post South Lamar project. Ardent conceived the project, identified the site, handled neighborhood and City of Austin negotiations, entitlement, permitting, design coordination and interior design coordination. Post Properties handled construction and property management.
