Post West Austin consists of 329 units in 3 and 4-story buildings. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, business center, resident courtyard, convenient access to parking garage and fabulous views to the University of Texas (UT) and Downtown Austin.
Ardent was the project developer for Post Properties on the Post West Austin project. Ardent conceived the project, identified the site, handled neighborhood relations, entitlement, permitting, design coordination, interior design coordination, and quality control during construction. Post Properties was responsible for construction and is the property manager.
